The Voice You Need (เสียงที่คุณต้องการ)
Due to the fast development of city, many people lived alone and technologies launch faster than ever, people are showing less empathy to each other through actions, communication, and it created isolation and loneliness. These urban living problems can affect our mental health and cause, for instance, stress and depression. From the ministry of public health researches from 2005-2010 revealed that suicidal rate from work and personal problem stress in Bangkok increases gradually every year.
Contrary to the popular opinion that it is the victim's fault for not seeking any help if needed. however, the victims are uncomfortable to talk about their problems and are afraid to go to a psychiatrist for help, scared to get judged by the society.
Our solution is to encourage people to consider showing empathy to other people. Take a break and look around, maybe stop focusing on yourself for a while, there might be someone around you who needs you. We believe that a healthy, strong, and positive mindset creates a better living quality and society.
